In Maryland, Texas and a few other states, it's illegal to record someone without the permission of the person being recorded. Remember that is what got Linda Tripp in trouble for recording Lewinsky.

The couple who made the Acorn tapes also didn't reveal all the recordings they made in which Acorn employees told him to take a hike.

It looks like Fox might have financed the filming, if so and Fox is sued over it you can bet Murdock will be firing some people.

Because of Linda Tripp's casual taping of Monica Lewinsky, using an ordinary Radio Shack recorder, has brought privacy issues back into the limelight. While Clinton has claimed "even Presidents have private lives," the privacy of citizens everywhere has been greatly diminished by advancing technology and new, aggressive business and government practices.for Linda Tripp's legal team. Tripp, speaking publicly for the first time since impeachment (which she set in motion by surreptitiously recording the anguished ditherings of presidential fellateuse Monica Lewinsky) and just days after criminal wire-tapping charges from the Monica tapes were dropped against her in Maryland

One question I have always had is is who financed this guy? It costs money to go from coast to coast and film these "stings".

William Farrington
UNMASKED: Hannah Giles and James O'Keefe are the conservative activists who posed as a pimp and hooker to sting ACORN.

After Giles proposed the ACORN video-sting idea, O'Keefe -- who started making the videos while a stu dent at Rutgers University -- pounced on it. "Why go after( ACORN)?" Giles asked. "Because I love America, I love God, and corrupt institutions don't help that."

After six weeks of research, Giles said they scavenged together their cos tumes from friends, except for the pimp coat, which was on loan from O'Keefe's grandmother.

In total, the project cost them $1,300.

They did the job entirely on their own and paid for it themselves, they said.

[color=#4000BF]Now that they are suing,ACORN they will be open to the 'Rules of Discovery' and even more dirt can be dug up on them - from their own files. I'm sure the paper shredders are working overtime now. I agree that the discovery phase is going to be delicious.

His request might have been racist, but PP would look at it in a different light. Black women come to Planned Parenthood wanting abortions and don't have the money. If Planned Parenthood has money entrusted to perform abortions only for Black women, then that is helpful for the Black women.

If they want to investigate corrupt organizations, why not go after Wall Street and investigate companies that have the ability to destroy everyone's lives with their corruption?

I think having charges brought against her means "trouble."
