Seven of us from our Monthly Dinner group ate at Manix tonight. Some ordered wine, others ordered Pina Coladas and said they were great. Some had soft drinks. I had Iced Tea, probably the best I have had in Ajijic.

Some ordered salad and others ordered Minestrone soup before the meal which is part of your meal. We ordered different meals. Two had Veal Valdostana, small veal slices wrapped with prosciutto and covered in Fontina cheese. It was accompanied by Fettucine Alfredo. Two had Sea Bass Florentine (the special) a decent sized piece with veggies. One had Chicken Florentine with veggies. Two had Deep Fried Jumbo Shrimp which was accompanied by baked potato, broccoli and corn souffle. Some of the largest and best Shrimp in Ajijic. Too many Shrimp to eat, but we ate them all.
