I agree that Texas should secede. Now the dopes have passed a law allowing Bible education in school. Where do they find attorneys as bad as GWB did who tell them, "Sure go ahead and teach religion in school, there's no problem with that." I wonder how long it will take Perry and the other rugged individualist to change their tune when DC starts closing all its federal properties like military bases and NASA, yanks all its defense contracts, stops all federal money for roads, education, health, etc. Texas is a debtor state meaning it takes in more federal dollars than it pays to DC. Texas will be begging the U.S. or Mexico to take it back within days.

To say nothing about "wingnut" Perry's plan to send the Texas Rangers to solve the border problems! Probably as effective as sending the Texas Ranger baseball team to accomplish same!
