Seems to be off to a great start! Best of luck. I have done a lot of looking and reading to gather info (lurking?) for several months and have learned a great deal. Mostly what I don't know. We are seriously considering retirement to lakeside. Probably Chapala or Joco. Gringolandia just doesn't feel like me. I'm not wealthy and have few pretentions. Anyway, Like the new board, Thanks
