Good Friday turned out to be a really good Friday at Adriana's house as she made two shrimp dishes -- Camarónes del Dialbo (deviled shrimp) and Camarónes Mojo de Ajo (garlic shrimp).

Looks delicious. Just this last year I've started eating the exo (cascara), of the smaller ones of course, because many of the locals do. A lot less work and a number of restaurants offer either way
