Probably will be looking in a few months. Prefer a house with yard and parking in the 4-5000 range - long term. Furnished or not

Chapala might work but was looking for a little less congestion and away from the weekend inundation

Sparks - 2900 weekend homes are scheduled to be built in the El Chante area, just east of Jocotepec. The first development is completed and several others are under way. Infonovit financing, among others, is available. Don't count on avoiding weekend inundation in the overall Joco area.

Infonavit weekend homes .... that's a new one. I thought they were to provide affordable worker housing.

I guess I meant the teenagers and hotrodders that collect on the main street in Chapala by the Malecon. Since there is no beach in Joco it can't be that much of an attraction

Thats a tough decision Sparks - do you prefer Pedro or Fred Reed banging on your door at 11 o'clock at night to borrow a cup of tequila and a smoke :P

I assume that means Fred lives on the west end. Fred would ask and leave and Pedro would bring his guitar
