Just dropped by the landlords house today in Chapala and the house is still available

3 bdrms/2bath
1 block from the beach
Reasonable rent for full time renter (year round)
Garden and garage
Furnished and new stove, hot water heater and airconditioner in master bdrm

Having stayed here.
In my opinion. A reasonable long-term rental.

Perhaps mention. Your former rental was the bottom half of a two story casa.
The upper half rented to a Snow-bird. Unless that's changed.

Yep ... upper story has separate entrance and just keeps the first level cooler.

Snowbird is Canadian and rents 6-7 months ... nice guy and good neighbor
