Maybe others have been to this site, I accidentally found it. It's a good site for anyone who is banned from a site and wants to hide his original IP address. Since I use 3G, today it's showing my location North of Aguascalientes. Sometimes it shows my IP to be in Mexico City. That's the beauty of a cellular internet connection, you get bounced off whatever towers are handy at the time.

Yes, this shows the IP address of my ISP not my actual site. ISP's in Canada and USA won't provide actual locations without legel action due to Privacy Laws. Most cable or ADSL proxy/virtual server sites charge a monthly fee. I haven't found a free site yet. Do you know of one?

The old "tomzap" Melaque forum and an old mexcon' Ajijic forum, used to post all the ISP # so every one Lake side with a certain provider had the same ISP #, and every one on tomzap from Vancouver Island on cable had the same ISP #.

Thats because the ISP that any forum can see stops at your ISP's server. For them to see someones actual IP address would take legal action due to privacy laws. The best way around this as stated above is to sign up with a virtual or Proxy server service that assigns another IP address to your message before it hits the site you are connecting with. This can be changed whenever you want to and adds another layer of security.
