I hadn't seen the comments, thanks for the info as I went and read them all including Henry's. Interesting that he wrote it in Spanish, his English is very good.

I thought it was an incredible piece of work, it had to have taken quite some time. I learned a lot reading it and will need to go and read sections again because there was so much information. Our house is in San Juan between the borders of Santiago and San Sebastian.

It was a very good complement to our tour of North Merida colonias with LeAnn in December. I want to read it again with our Merida city map out on the dining room table - it is a map we bought at the Dante book store, which is on the same side of the street as Via Olimpo on the zocalo.
